KRIB and "Bulgaria Wants you" signed a memorandum of cooperation
The Chairman of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB) Kiril Domuschiev and the executive director of "Bulgaria Wants You" Andrey Arnaudov signed a memorandum of cooperation at the beginning of a meeting of the Management Board of the largest nationally representative employers' organization in Bulgaria.
At the event, Andrey Arnaudov presented the mission of "Bulgaria Wants You" and talked about the last forums of the platform in Bergamo and in London, in which hundreds of our compatriots participated. "We are trying to make sure that Bulgarians around the world realize the opportunities for realization in their homeland. We believe that we can be extremely useful for Bulgarian employers with a view to finding quality specialists among our compatriots abroad to work in the big companies in our country," said Arnaudov. He also presented the multifunctional media platform of "Bulgaria Wants You", on which, starting next year, Bulgarians from all over the world will be able to register, publish their professional resumes, and have a direct connection with companies in our country. Arnaudov emphasized that this activity is useful and directly related to the fight against the demographic problem - a cause of the "DNA" organization for ten years.
KRIB Chairman Kiril Domuschiev, for his part, indicated that he likes the mission of "Bulgaria Wants You", and therefore, through his companies, supports the forums and exhibitions organized for Bulgarians abroad. "The result is there - there are highly qualified personnel from abroad who have returned to Bulgaria and work in our enterprises", pointed out Domuschiev and called on his colleagues in the Management Board of KRIB to join the initiative. "In the last two years, more Bulgarians have returned than left, and perhaps this is thanks to the Bulgarian industry. It is growing, we are raising wages with joint efforts, and I personally think that this trend should continue," concluded the chairman of KRIB.
